The 2024 Campaign is led by a trio of talented co-chairs from Penske Transportation Solutions. Mike Duff, who raised more than $9 million as a 2011 Campaign Co-Chair, returns for a second time to lead the annual campaign. He serves alongside his colleagues, Dharma Sivasamy and Kelly Fessler, who have more than 10 years of combined experience overseeing the internal Penske United Way campaign. Together, they lead a dynamic team of volunteers – from the Campaign Cabinet members to the Loaned Campaign Specialists – and inspire company coordinators at hundreds of workplaces throughout Berks County.
