United Way Surpasses 2019 Goal!

 

THANK YOU, BERKS COUNTY!

2019 Total RaisedIn an outstanding show of generosity, Berks Countians surpassed United Way's $10.9 million goal to contribute a record-breaking $11,060,923 in the 2019 Campaign.

Dave Shaffer, who co-chaired the campaign with his wife, Shelley, said, "This has been an extraordinary experience. We have never lived in a community with as much generosity as Berks County, and we are proud to have been a part of the 2019 Campaign."

"Tonight, we're celebrating Berks County," United Way President Tammy White said. "The funds we have raised in this campaign will support our entire community: through our Agency Partners, through grants and special funding, through Ready. Set. READ!, 2-1-1, and more. Our phenomenal supporters make this possible."

 

In addition to learning the results of this year's campaign, some lucky donors also learned that they are winners of the 2019 Campaign Incentives. The winners are:
