Do you want to learn more? These are the key responsibilities assigned to the role:
- Lead grantee accountability process which includes review of vital documents such as financial statements to ensure good stewardship of dollars invested.
- Coordination of multiple volunteers assisting in the accountability process
- Support with reviewing and summarizing grant applications and follow-up documentation in grant management process
- Provide community-facing representation of United Way and Ready.Set.READ! at various community meetings and other outreach events
- Utilize a variety of tools and databases to schedule meetings, events and surveys
- Assist with information and referral requests and greeting and supporting visitors
We are looking for an individual possessing:
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of related experience, OR at least an associate degree plus 2-3 years of related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or database usage
- Highly desired: experience with community outreach or accounting, financial experience
