Donor and Digital Communications Manager

To support this work, we are looking for a full-time team member who will demonstrate a passion for the overall mission of United Way. The position will serve in the Marketing/Communications division and develop high-impact communications to engage donors, increase retention and demonstrate the impact of their support.

Do you want to learn more? As the Donor and Digital Communications Manager, you will focus on optimizing the donor and brand experience, with key assigned responsibilities including:
- Manage and create content for organizational audiences across all touchpoints and digital platforms
- Manage and support donor journey strategies
- Monitor communications performance
- Collaborate in the production of multimedia storytelling assets, including videos, blog posts, infographics, campaign microsites
- Write, edit and package materials to resonate with donors and identified audiences to inspire engagement and growth
- Tailor storytelling to different donor personas, interests and giving levels
- Partner with internal teams, volunteers and vendors to ensure messaging is clear and aligned with United Way brand
We are looking for an individual possessing:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing or related field. At least 2-4 years of related experience, along with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office tools, Mailchimp, Canva, and video editing software experience.
