    How it works

You don’t need committees or significant project plans. You just need a point person and a plan that fits your workplace. We’ll help you develop both.

    Together, we’ll:

    • Choose a workplace Point of Contact (POC)
    • Pick a campaign style: in-person, virtual, or hybrid
    • Decide how employees give: e-pledge, paper, or both
    • Launch with a simple message
    • Keep it engaging with stories, updates, and optional incentives

Making an Impact is Easy for Everyone

Most employees opt to give through payroll deductions, making it effortless to contribute a small percentage each pay period instead of a single, large gift. Any contribution per week can:

    • Provide meals for a senior
    • Support early learning
    • Prevent summer learning loss
    • Provide emergency shelter

    Support is Always Available

You’ll have a Relationship Manager from United Way of Berks County to curate a personalized plan, access to Campaign HQ materials, optional Loaned Campaign Specialist support, and help from our marketing team.

We’ll guide you through the small details, so you can focus on the big picture with your team.
